Presentation

71 y/o man with headache and leg weakness. Patient had abdominal surgery one week before.

Image Findings

A large lenticular-shaped subdural mass with bright signal on the T1-weighted images over the right parietal convexity.

Discussion

The patient complained of a headache after banging his head while being moved on to a stretcher in the operating room.
