Presentation
57 y/o male with loss of vision in the right eye.Pre-Chemotherapy
Post Chemotherapy
Image Findings
An enhancing soft tissue mass is seen in the apex of the right orbit, between the superior and lateral rectus muscles.
Discussion
Other orbital masses include optic nerve meningiomas and gliomas, orbital pseudotumor, neurofibromatosis, metastases, hemangiomas and lymphangiomas.
