Unknown Abdomen Case 2
66 y/o with right groin pain.
A mass effect is seen extending down from the abdomen along the lateral side of the neurovascular bundle in the right groin. There appears to be air within this mass.
A femoral hernia extends under the inguinal ligament and through the femoral ring. An inguinal hernia extends above the inguinal ligament, through the abdomenal wall or the inguinal canal.
