29 y/o with knee pain.

Image Findings

Masses are noted in the joint space with focal areas of low signal on both T1 and T2 weighted sequences representing hemosiderin-laden macrophages within the noduals. (Red arrows) The synovial lining, well seen on the axial images is also dark and thickened.
