Presentation

37 y/o man presenting with Cushing's Syndrome.

Image Findings

A 5 mm round , hypointense area is noted on the post gadolinium images in the left side of the enhancing pituitary. There is a suggestion of a hyperintense round lesion in the same area on the T2-weighted and proton density images.
