Lipoma of the Spinal Cord
Unknown Spine Case 7
38 y/o man with a history of a resected lipoma of the thoracic spinal cord in the past.
A mass with bright signal is seen in the spinal canal at the T10-11 level on T1-weighted images that becomes darker on T2-weighted images in keeping with a recurrent lipoma of the cord. Note the post surgical changes posteriorly.
